Privacy notice

The short version: this site doesn't track you. If you apply, we use your answers only to run the free program, and we never sell them.

Last updated: 22 October 2026.

Who is responsible

The site and the program are run by Ardor SEO, 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Suite 303 #1617, Cheyenne, WY 82009, USA. Questions about your data: [email protected].

Visiting the site

  • No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
  • No cookies set by this site.
  • No third-party fonts or embeds.
  • Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. Our network provider, Cloudflare, processes the same kind of data to protect the site.

When you apply

What we collect: your name and email address; your business's name, website or listing, type, country and city, and number of staff; what you'd like help with; anything you choose to tell us about what you've tried; and your confirmations that we may contact you and that you've read this notice.

Why: to check your application against the published criteria, run the monthly draw, contact you about your application, and give you the support you asked for. We use it for nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list or use it for marketing.

Our legal basis: taking steps you asked for (your application), and our legitimate interest in running a fair program and keeping the form free of spam.

Spam protection: to stop abuse, the form limits how often it can be used from one connection. For this we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for up to 24 hours, then delete it.

Who sees it: the team from Ardor SEO and ICONS of Real Estate who run the program. We don't sell, rent or share your application with anyone else.

Where it's kept: applications are stored on our own server, hosted by OVHcloud, and a copy is emailed to us through Google Workspace. Both providers act on our instructions. Because Ardor SEO is based in the USA and its team works from several countries, your data may be handled outside your country.

How long: we delete applications 12 months after they arrive. If you take part in the program, we keep what we need for as long as we're working with you.

No automated decisions

We don't use your data for profiling. Places are given out by a random draw among eligible applicants, as described on the program page; who is eligible is decided by a person.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU or UK under the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email [email protected] and we'll act on your request within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

The program is for businesses and organisations. Applicants must be 18 or over.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
