TermsTerms of use
Plain-language terms for this site and the free program.
Last updated: 22 October 2026.
Who we are
The site and the program are run by Ardor SEO, 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Suite 303 #1617, Cheyenne, WY 82009, USA. By using the site or applying to the program, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
The program is free
We don't charge for the resources, the visibility review or the business support (business consulting, SEO and AI-search, and AI integration). We don't require a link, a review, a mention or a social post in return, and we don't make any part of the help conditional on one.
Who can apply
You must be 18 or over and able to act for the business or organisation you apply for. The information you give us must be accurate.
Places in the program
Places are limited to 5 a month. We check applications against the published criteria and draw at random when there are more eligible applications than places. We may decline an application that doesn't meet the criteria, and we may stop the support if the information we need isn't provided. We may change, pause or end any part of the program at any time.
No guarantees
We can't promise rankings, traffic, AI mentions or sales. Search engines and AI assistants change, and many things affect results. Our advice is general guidance based on the information you give us and public sources at the time. You decide what to change, and you carry out the changes.
Not legal or professional advice
Nothing on this site or in the program is legal, financial or regulatory advice. Where a topic such as vegan labelling, environmental claims or health claims needs a professional, we say so. You are responsible for your own claims and compliance.
Confidentiality
We keep what you share with us about your business confidential and use it only to help you. We'll only publish anything about your business, such as a case study, with your written permission.
Our content
The site's content, design and materials belong to us. You may use and print the checklists and templates for your own business. Please don't republish them or present them as your own work.
Limitation of liability
The site and the program are provided free, "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from using them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Events outside our control
We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics or power and network outages.
Links to other sites
We link to sources and tools we think are useful. We don't control other sites and can't promise their content stays the same.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer or data-protection laws of the country you live in.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
